Up to 1,000 pipistrelle bats use the buildings at Haddo as a summer roost. Join us as darkness falls to watch them start their day. You can also use bat detectors to hear their calls and perhaps see a couple close up.
If it's clear, we'll also head into the park to look for Brown Long-eared Bats at the Pheasantry and Daubenton's Bats over the lake.
Suitable for all ages and families, and the June 13th Bat Watch is a great alternative if friends/family are coming to the night-time photography course.
